Quick Feet At Home

Here’s a short sample from the At Home Hockey Camp trial session we ran last night. In the full 1 hour session, we worked on stickhandling (dribbling), speed (quick change of direction) and flexibility/breathing. In this clip, we work on quick feet aka “being a duck”.
