Fix Your Mobility

Mobility isn’t the same as flexibility. Flexibility is the ability of a muscle to stretch. Mobility is the ability of a joint to move. Flexibility contributes to your mobility – if your muscles are really tight, your mobility won’t be great either. But you can have good muscle flexibility and still not move well – so flexibility isn’t the answer to good mobility. Restoring the mobility in your hips should be a BIG area of focus as you start the off-season and is something you should work on throughout the season too.
