Hi there – Coach Kim here.  In the past year, I’ve run over 520+ virtual skills session from my yellow garage, helping over 2000 players from across the world take their game to the next level and move closer to their dreams.  As a coach who is used to teaching on the ice every night, I sure miss being at the rink.  But my 20+ years of experience being a skills, strength & conditioning and team coach have sure come in handy while teaching in the Zoom-iverse.  I know how to help you get to the next level on the ice by working on your skills, speed and strength off the ice AND I’ve definitely mastered how to run a high-energy, high-tempo session that will challenge you mentally and physically no matter what age group or ability level you’re at.

If you can’t make the LIVE session, don’t worry!  The workout will be posted online that same night so you can do it at a time that works for you. It also means you can do the workout again if you already attended the live camp.

We’ll end every session with a DAILY CHALLENGE with prizes for our winners.  The competitive juices really get flowing with these which makes it super fun for the athletes.

=> 5 x 60 minute sessions with Coach Kim
=> All sessions are LIVE and recorded with links provided to previous sessions
=> Daily challenges with prizes

Participant Requirements:

=> Hockey stick & gloves (plus extra stick for skill work)
=> Mobile device & Internet connection – phone/tablet/computer
=> Stick-handling Ball or Puck
=> A 3m x 3m space to work in (or 10 feet by 10 feet)
=> Full water bottle
=> Soccer ball, basketball or small medicine ball (if you have one)

It doesn’t matter where you live, what level you are playing at, what age you are or how much space you have – this camp is for everyone who wants to take their skills to the next level while at home. I will show you progressions to make each exercise more challenging and I will show you simpler versions to help those of you who are new to my camps.
